Javiera Oliva graduated UNF with her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She’s currently working on expanding her knowledge into the plant based world and all the creativity it has to offer. Her family is from Chile, so she is bilingual in English and Spanish. You can check her out on the rugby field with the Jacksonville Sinners.

Megan is a Jacksonville native and has a BA in Culinary Management. She has about 12 years experience in the culinary field, working in catering, hotels, and restaurants; with extensive experience in pastry and upscale dining. Her passion for food runs deep, which she now combines with her new passion for health after a 40 lb (and counting!) weight loss. She can’t wait to make you delicious food that is both good for your body as well as taste buds!
