1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
Rice milk, vegetable broth, or water (enough to cover cauliflower)
Vegetable of choice (e.g. asparagus, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, corn, tomatoes, corn)
½ onion, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic powder or 1 clove of garlic, chopped
Seasonings of choice (sage, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, etc.)
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring cauliflower florets to boil in rice milk until tender.
While cauliflower is cooking, cook vegetable of choice + onion until tender.
When cauliflower and vegetable are tender, add to blender with some of the rice milk.
Blend until smooth, adding more liquid until reaching consistency of choice. Add seasonings and adjust as necessary.
Garnish with chives.
