¼ head of green cabbage
¼ head of red cabbage
1 zucchini (cut ends)
1 yellow squash (cut ends)
1 carrot (cut both ends)
2-4 ribs of celery
2-4 radishes
1 granny smith apple
1 large lemon


Shred all ingredients except lemon into large bowl. Zest lemon and squeeze lemon juice into bowl and stir. Top with raisins or cranberries for added sweetness. Add avocado for some healthy fat and a heartier serving.
