⅓ cup green onion, chopped
⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ cup green cabbage, shredded
½ cup purple cabbage, shredded
½ cup carrots, shredded
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Salt & pepper to taste


Add green onion, cilantro, green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots into a mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix lime juice, vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

Pour dressing onto slaw mix, toss to coat, and serve.
