During one-on-one nutrition counseling, Heather will work with your food preferences, schedule, and individual health concerns. Discover a nutrition intervention that makes the most sense for you and let us demonstrate how delicious healthy can taste.

What’s Involved

  1. Set short- and long-term goals in Nutrition Assessment, listing perceived strengths and potential barriers.
  2. Review successes and set backs in follow-up sessions; revise short-term goals and tactics as necessary.
  3. Continue iterative process, learning how to leverage successes and adjust/reset from challenges.

To maximize nutrition, we provide clients with unapologetically healthy dishes that consists of whole, plant-centric foods with minimal to no oil or refined sweeteners. Clients can easily add their own animal protein if desired, however the dishes are more than nutritionally balanced and pack a punch of flavor.

How It Works?

While the weekly menu is customized to client preference, the typical structure includes 4-6 servings of 4-6 dishes. On the scheduled session date, Kailo team members will wash, prep, and cook, typically in about three hours. Meals will be stored in the fridge for your convenience, and the Kailo crew will leave your house as clean as they found it. This can include soups, casseroles, and breakfast dishes.

This challenge is a collaboration between Registered Dietitian, Heather Borders and Personal Trainer, Lindsay Corzine. We consistently see the challenges our clients experience with finding time to dedicate and prioritize themselves each day.

Lock in health promoting habits before the holidays!!

How It Works?

The Habit Building Challenge gives you the option to focus on habit building across three different tracks; nutrition, wellness, and fitness. Each challenge will take less than 20 minutes, with many taking 10-15 minutes. The intention is to complete one challenge per day, but set up such that you could hit all three in less than hour. This challenge is perfect for someone who has the motivation to make changes on their own, but needs the resources and plans to get started.
