Sweet and Spicy Dressing:
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon black ground pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon spicy seasoning of choice (e.g smoked paprika, chili powder)
Salt, to taste
~1 lb. of Brussel sprouts
1 honey crisp apple, julienned or sliced
Handful of raw walnuts, crushed

Shred the Brussels Sprouts in a food processor with a shredding disc. If food processor is unavailable, shred using knife or mandolin. Combine maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, spices, salt, and pepper and whisk. Pour sweet and spicy dressing over Brussels Sprouts, and top with julienne apples and crushed walnuts.
