AS OF JANUARY 2022, I am at capacity for nutrition counseling clients. I only accept a limited number of clients so that they have my full attention. Since the programs are designed for 3 months, I will be opening another round of clients starting in April.

KAILO ESSENTIAL: 12-WEEK LIFESTYLE RESET 

This program is designed to meet every other week for 3 months. ​Consistent, but moderate, keeping the tasks and goals front & center. Clients can expect to dedicate about 3-5 hours a week on tasks related to habit building. This can include reflecting, planning, filling out worksheets, reading, watching videos, shopping, or cooking. 

  • 1, Nutrition Assessment (90-minutes): You ask questions, I ask questions. We'll have a foundational understanding of where you've been, where you are, and where you want to be. 

  • 5, Follow-Up Sessions (45-minutes): We review successes & setbacks, revise short-term goals & tactics as necessary. 

  • 1, Grocery Store Tour: Learn which packaged, convenience foods are actually minimally processed & tasty! Between produce, aisles, & the frozen section, you'll leave with practical ideas you can implement immediately! 

This program is designed to meet every other week for 3 months. ​If you need high-level accountability to kickstart what your next season of life looks like, this is it.  Clients can expect to dedicate about 5-8 hours a week on tasks related to habit building. This can include reflecting, planning, filling out worksheets, reading, watching videos, shopping, or cooking. Preparing at least 15 meals (out of 21) each week is anticipated. 

  • 1, Nutrition Assessment (90-minutes): You ask questions, I ask questions. We'll have a foundational understanding of where you've been, where you are, & where you want to be. 

  • 9, Follow-Up Sessions (45-minutes): We review successes & setbacks, revise short-term goals & tactics as necessary. 

  • 1, Grocery Store Tour: Learn which packaged convenience foods are actually healthy & tasty! Between produce, aisles, & the frozen section, you'll leave with practical ideas you can implement immediately!

  • 1, In-Home Culinary Coaching: Clients will work with Heather to come up with a menu & she'll join you in your kitchen, demonstrating how to use flavor and prepare meals efficiently!

Most people think Nutrition Counseling includes being told to eat this, not that. There are very limited situations where certain foods may cause direct, immediate harm. Nutrition Counseling is a collaborative effort where the client is in the driver's seat. The role of the Registered Dietitian is to ask questions that get clients to think about their life, health, & routines in different ways. 

Dietitians have facts. Clients have answers. 

To maximize the benefits of nutrition interventions and increase the likelihood of reaching your health goals, it's important to stay engaged with your Registered Dietitian, make note of thoughts or changes, & continuously update goals as necessary. Therefore both programs include the following:
