Ingredients
¾ cup raw cashews* ¾ cup water – start with less and add water until desired consistency is reached juice of 1 lime (2 tablespoons) 2 cloves garlic, smashed 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a high-powered blender and process on high. Add water as needed for consistency.
*If using regular blender, soak cashews overnight. Then drain and replace with new water when making dressing.
